Most teams chase performance at the cost of people. At Full Send Consulting (FSC), we do the opposite. By building strong, values-driven cultures where individuals thrive, we help teams perform at their absolute best.

Led by sport psychologist and three-time national champion Dr. Kate Bennett, FSC guides coaches, leaders, and teams toward championship-level success by transforming how they relate to pressure, purpose, and each other.

This isn’t about hustle culture or rah-rah pep talks. It’s about building trust, fostering gratitude, and cutting through the noise—because that’s where real confidence lives.

About our Founder:

Dr. Kate Bennett, PsyD

Smiling woman in blue blouse standing in front of a brick wall.

Dr. Bennett brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and real-world performance experience to her clients. In addition to being a sport psychologist, Kate is a licensed Way of Champions trainer, former elite cycling coach, and athletic trainer. As one of the original 31 licensed Way of Champions trainers, Kate is one of only eight females licensed to train teams and coaches.

Her career spans NCAA athletics, national and international competitions, World Championships and Olympic Games, in addition to mental health leadership.

Kate’s work is grounded in empathy, humanistic psychology, and a lifetime of sport. She's helped athletes win national and world championships—and guided teams in transforming how they define success.

She founded Full Send Consulting to bring these same tools to organizations, teams, and leaders who are ready to unlock their full potential—by leading with purpose, not pressure.

About our Approach:

At FSC, performance is personal. Our philosophy is rooted in these values:

Excellence

Striving for high standards while honoring the process.

Integrity

Building trust by doing the right thing, always.

Passion

Letting joy, not fear, drive determination.

Gratitude

Fueling purpose and connection through appreciation.
